Readiness infrastructure for game studios

Readiness Research

Gamestac is in active research with a small number of production teams. We are learning how studios track declarations, evidence, and review status for externally produced content—and building infrastructure around those workflows.

What this is

This is a design partner research program, not a finished product trial. We are working closely with production teams to understand the real workflow gaps around external content readiness—AI-use declarations, IP/rights declarations, vendor deliverables, evidence organization, and audit trail needs.

The goal is to shape Gamestac around how studios actually operate, not assumptions about what they need.

Who we are looking for

Studios and production teams who manage externally produced content and face readiness questions before publisher, storefront, or internal review. Specifically:

  • External Development Managers
  • Outsourcing Producers
  • Producers and Production Managers
  • Publisher Production Leads
  • Porting and co-development operators

If your team has ever scrambled to assemble evidence, declarations, or review records before a submission deadline—we want to understand that workflow.

What a design partner conversation involves

A short, structured conversation about your current workflow: how your team tracks vendor deliverables, what declarations you capture (or wish you captured), how review decisions get recorded, and where the gaps are when it's time for publisher or storefront submission.

No commitment, no obligation, no product demo pressure. We are building the right product—your experience informs what that looks like.

What this is not

This is not a product trial, a compliance assessment, or a sales pitch. Gamestac does not verify AI use, certify IP ownership, provide legal advice, guarantee platform approval, or certify console readiness. We are building structured record-keeping infrastructure—not a verification or compliance service.
